However, if your item arrives damaged you may be eligible for a replacement. Please contact us at TM@TMFranklin.com within 5 days of delivery to alert us of a damaged shipment. 

### For European Union Customers Only: Statutory Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers residing in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for physical goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. 

If you choose to exercise this right for our physical hardcover or paperback books, you may submit a request using our website's self-serve withdrawal system located in your Customer Account portal. 

**Important Shipping Condition:** The buyer is entirely responsible for organizing and paying all direct costs associated with shipping the physical book back to our designated return address. A full refund of the purchase price and standard outbound shipping cost will be issued only after the item is successfully returned to us in its original, undamaged condition. 

*Note: This right of withdrawal does not apply to our digital products (ebooks/audiobooks) as immediate delivery consent is gathered at checkout and marked as Final Sale.*
